Development of earthmover is done via GitHub:

• Bugs may be reported via Issues. earthmover's maintainers periodically review issues.
• Bugfixes and new features (such as additional transformation operations) are gratefully accepted via pull requests. Branch protection is enabled for the repo, so please make your pull requests from a fork of the repo.
